Somewhere in the middle of the legendary Baja peninsula you are racing down a twisting dirt road framed by massive cactuses, ocean vistas and a vivid panorama of sun above you. Ahead are miles of untamed trails and somewhere your ‘regular’ world is completely lost in a cloud of Baja dust.

When you finally take a breather, you’re all smiles as you recount the wild driving experience of the day over a cold beer with fellow members. After another beer and over dinner the talk gradually turns to business subjects. You’ve been thinking about a new idea for a long time and after bouncing it off the group of successful entrepreneurs assembled – you get the breakthrough you’ve been looking for!

And this year’s trip includes more driving miles than any previous Maverick Baja Adventure, surf lessons and stays at two of the hottest and most luxurious resorts on the entire Baja Peninsula.

It’s been SOLD-OUT the previous 3 years and in order to accommodate everyone that wants to attend, you’ll need to reserve your space by the deadline listed above. After this point, we cannot guarantee we can get additional vehicles or accommodations because this is high season in Baja.

Each year – we’re out to make the Baja Experience better than ever before and we’re doing a completely different itinerary along the famous Baja 1000 route. You’ll get:

4 days of wild off-road adventure driving both starting and ending in gorgeous Cabo San Lucas with highly seasoned Baja 1000 off-road driving champions. In fact, we’ll follow part of the famous Baja 1000 course along mountain roads, majestic ocean-view vistas and untamed trails not accessible to most others.

Your specially equipped and purpose-built Baja racer has been designed to tackle the desert landscape. Rocks, bumps, holes, boulders and nearly anything else in your path is no match for your car’s 20” of travel. (This is like walking over a pebble in your sneakers.)

Your car devours the road at up to 80+ mph with its incredible suspension and 20” wheels. You’ll experience a mix of pure adrenaline, exploration and incredible adventure.

Day One – Cabo San Lucas:
You’ll gather in what some call Baja’s “Ultimate Playground” – Cabo San Lucas – on Day 1 for dinner and Driver Orientation. And while the nightlife will undoubtedly be calling, smart Mavericks will hit the sack early because we’ll be hitting the dirt early for over 80 miles of off-road action.

Day Two – Hitting the Road & Surf’s Up:
We’ll hit the road for 80+ miles of dirt to a recent addition to ‘hidden’ location in Baja that just got added to 2010 Conde Nast Hot List. Hailed as “magical… The most wonderful people, the perfect beachfront location, amazing service, gorgeous rooms, fantastic food, yoga in the most beautiful setting, surfing and an ocean front bar… Everything was perfect.”

After a high-value Maverick Breakthrough Business Session right on the sand, we’ll be off to surf, hike, fish and/or just relax by the pool. Then it’s a first class dinner of fresh Baja seafood and locally grown organic produce before heading to one of the stylish boutique rooms (complete with outdoor living rooms and binoculars to give you the best chance at seeing whales with your feet up!). And just when your eyes close, it’ll be time for our next day.

Day Three – 250+ Wild Miles:
Your third day of driving is no joke this year, with a full day of 250 wild miles across the peninsula to the Sea of Cortez…

You’ll enjoy a safari lunch and dinner at one of our traditional Maverick haunts, but this day will be all about the steering wheel and the gas pedal.

Day Four – 80 Miles to Fine Luxury & Golf, Fishing or Paddle Boarding:
This day might bring a sore muscle or two, but we’ll thrash on undaunted for 80 miles to one of Baja’s finest luxury resorts. After lunch on the beach and our second breakthrough business sessions, you’ll choose between golf, fishing, paddle boarding or just relaxing by the sea with a fruity drink (we won’t tell….).

Day Five – Race South to the Finish Line:
Your final day is another big driving day, with 150 adrenaline-filled miles to Cabo San Lucas. There’s nothing better than a full-day of driving on your last day, as you put everything you’ve learned to work and race South… Arriving in Cabo with dirt in your teeth and your arm extended; ready for that cold Pacifico!

We’ll wrap up with the third Maverick Business session and first class dinner out in Cabo, where tales of the previous days’ driving will be the only thing flowing more free than the cervezas!
